1. Inconsistency in the arrangement of tables of contents.
The Product section consists of several parts each having its own table of contents. All tables of contents are separated from the parts they pertain to; they are placed into the right column while the text is in the central one. But the table of contents that relates to Pharmaceutical particulars is placed in the central column right above the text copy.

2. Inconsistency in titles.
Not all parts of the Product section have titles. However, links in the right column could indicate what page you are at, but they are not highlighted, so you can hardly guess where you are.

3. Redundant navigation elements.

• Titles of parts included in the Disease Information section are duplicated in the right column. Those which are in the right column link to the texts which are at the same time located in the central column. Thus we see a text with the title and the same title is in the right column.
• Pages which fit the screen and are not scrolled are also provided with Go on Top button which is unnecessary here. This may confuse a visitor.
• The page with the map has no heading.

4. Shortage of navigation elements.

• Titles are not displayed at a number of pages, so it's hard to understand where you are.
• You can go to the Contacts page by clicking the corresponding area on the map. But you cannot get back since there is no link back to the map from the Contacts page.

5. Slow download. Pages are loaded too slowly (appr. 30 sec.)

6. Functionality shortage. Some pages do not have Print and Send to buttons. Therefore, a visitor who needs to print out some info or email it will not be able to.
